AUREAPACK JOURNAL

A small sample. A useful conversation.

Kraft square paper food tubs with fitted lids

Look beyond the photograph.

Photos help introduce a product. A sample lets you explore its dimensions, appearance and feel in person.

Use your real serving conditions.

Review the sample with your intended contents, filling temperature and typical serving time. Ask the supplier to confirm the proposed materials and lining for your application.

Share clear feedback.

Take notes and photographs of any details you want to change. Agree on the final specification before moving to production.

How to review a packaging sample

Write a short test plan before the sample arrives. Specify the food or drink, filling temperature, serving time, closure and normal handling. A sample review is more useful when all reviewers follow the same conditions.

Examine the rim, seams, print placement and assembled closure. Fill and handle the sample as intended, recording observations and photographs. A single successful trial is not a substitute for any required compliance evidence.

Return feedback against the sample reference and artwork version. Separate a visual preference from a functional concern, and request clarification before approving the order. Retain an agreed reference sample when possible.

How to choose

  • Describe the food or drink, filling temperature and intended serving time.
  • Confirm dimensions and the exact container and lid combination.
  • Share artwork, reference quantity and delivery destination.

Request the relevant specifications and a sample. Suitability, material, availability, quantity and delivery terms must be confirmed for your order.
