Preparing artwork for custom paper packaging
Choose the packaging format before finalising the artwork. Request the template for the exact product and confirm which areas are intended for print. A preview is useful for discussion, but the production layout needs a specific reference.
Provide the logo, required text, colour references and editable source artwork when available. Ask how fonts, images and special design elements should be supplied. Check spelling, contact details and the version name before sending files.
Review the proof with the agreed template and ask how the design will be confirmed on the selected material. Changes after approval should have a new revision identifier. Keep the approved file and written confirmation together.
How to choose
